The Council of Communication, Circo Volador AC and calling for a contest amateur youth bands that will allow us to approach them, encourage them to write about the designated topic, to help in the process of professionalization through a recording and disseminate their ideas and work between the general public.

GENERAL RULES:
1. Soloists, composers or groups (all under 30 years of age.)
2. Submit to contest one or two original compositions on the theme: Honesty.
3. Songs can be of any gender Music.
4. The lyrics of the songs must be in SPANISH.
5. Not having current recording contract.
6. Have sufficient material for a record 30 to 60 minutes.
7. DEMO present in any of the following formats: CD, Audio cassette, DVD or VHS, with (s) song (s) at Circo Volador between June 25 and September 10, 2007.



CONDITIONS 1. Rights to the fifteen winners with the theme song "Honesty" will to power of the Council for Communication AC authors retain these funds.

2. Rights to the songs they record winners first three places will be exclusively of composers and performers.

3. The recordings were made in the study Circo Volador Mexico City, so if he won provincial artists, expenses and living expenses during the recording shall be borne by the artists themselves.

4. The winning artists are committed to appear at two events "live" events to disseminate and promote the campaign on honesty.

SECOND: Professional recording a CD up to 60 minutes. Including: Mixing and Mastering. (Delivered to the original Master winner)

THIRD PLACE: Professional recording a CD up to 60 minutes. Including: Mixing and Mastering. (Delivered to the original Master winner)

ROOM AT FIFTEENTH PLACE: Professional Recording Artist participant to be published in Disc Coupled with the ten best songs, which will broadcast the campaign of the Council of Communication
