God! So many songs, so many memories, I think along with the 2000 are two of my favorite years, and also the most difficult to choose only 20 songs. Released February 6, 2001 as the 2nd single from their fourth studio album "Black & Blue", this move song produced by Max Martin, won the # 52 in Billboard Hot 100 and made millin in the charts in several countries. The video received 2 nominations at the VMAs that year (Viewer's Choice and Best pop video), and placed in the # 20 of the 100 + orders in 2001 in Mexico.
14. Irresistible - Jessica Simpson.
This hit was the 1st single from their second studio album by Jessica Simpson called in the same way, launched on April 9, 2001, managed colcas at # 15 on the Billboard Hot 100 making it their 2nd Top 20. He was also Top 20 in other countries in Europe and America, the video sparked change virginal image that the singer was driving. It is generally regarded as the greatest success of Simpson.
13. All for you - Janet Jackson.
was launched in March 2001 as the 1st single from seventh studio album by singer, was a resounding success on the Billboard Hot 100, staying on top for 7 weeks. Won the Grammy for Best Dance Recording in 2002. In Europe, its success was more moderate, is considered the last # 1 hit for the singer.
12. Turn off the light - Nelly Furtado.
Launched on 14 August 2001 "Tur off the light" was the 2nd single from the debut album by Nelly Furtado "Whoa Nelly!". This Furtado album earned 3 Grammy nominations in 2002.

was launched in January 2001 as the 1st single from Dido's debut album "No Angel" and their biggest hit so far. She was also named # 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 and was # 1 on other counts as the Hot Dance. 10. Bootylicious - Destiny's Child.

7. Pop - 'N Sync.
Launched on March 15 as the first single from the album "Celebrity", "Pop" entered the Billboard Hot 100 at # 19. Its success was moderate in Europe managed to enter the Top 20 rankings in several countries.
